Compliments, Complaints
and Comments about the
School Curriculum
Parents should feel able to make
comments or suggestions about matters
relating to school. We will listen to your
worries, difficulties or problems and
always try to help.
Step 1
Contact the class teacher. She will be
able to answer any questions or resolve
any problems as soon as possible. She
will pass on concerns, compliments or
comments to the Headteacher.
Step 2
If you have a problem which you feel has not
been resolved, contact the Headteacher.
Step 3
If you remain dissatisfied, the complaint
will be forwarded to the Chair of Governors.
You can expect from us:
An initial response within ten
working days
A full and fair investigation by an
appropriate person within 28 days
To be kept informed if an
investigation takes longer
Courtesy and helpfulness at all times
Most complaints are the result
of misunderstanding or poor
communication. In most cases
difficulties can be resolved quickly and
fairly on the spot.

Health and well being
We encourage healthy eating through our excellent catering service.
We encourage the children to drink water throughout the day and milk during the
morning. We have zero tolerance to bullying, racism and all forms of inappropriate
behaviour. We show care and respect for all in our school family.
